Man.... this playlist scratches like 37,000 itches for me! One of the hills I will die on is that (2006-2016) is one of the greatest EVER periods of music as it straddles both wide-scale streaming and easy adoption of technology. People were able to more easily listen wider, and also able to create music and make it available. The genre bending this allowed was incredible. This playlist brings back memories of those summers listening to mixes of tips from Gorilla Vs Bear, Butter Team, etc.

I had “Round and Round” and “Deadbeat Summer” before I whittled it down, I’ll add those and that banging Classixx Remix. Never heard of Postiljonen, excited to dig in there.
The Music Research Library in Boston is a very cool used record store. Great collection of different stuff, and really friendly staff. Would recommend checking it out!
